Returns
We hope you will be delighted with your handcrafted piece and make every effort to ensure that you receive it in immaculate condition. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, we will issue you a refund or replacement. Please contact us prior to returning your item and within 28 days of placing your order.
Delivery

Delivery times: We use first class post and aim to dispatch all orders within two days of receipt excluding weekends. We recommend that you allow up to 10 working days for delivery.

If you live in Scottish Highlands & Islands or an island in the British Isles, we cannot do Next Day Delivery - this usually takes at least 2 days.

Larger orders: These are better dispatched using a courier service and will require a signature on receipt.
For all orders to customers in the EU please note that prior to delivery VAT will be charged on all purchases at the local rate, this will be collected by the courier company and is additional to the order payment.
